The creator behind the brand. With over 10 years in the braiding game, Sydney creative Lavish Lea successfully built @by.lvsh from the ground up and became known as Sydney’s number 1 braider. Her passion for creating, drive for success and innovative ideas continue to fuel the growing brand into a multitude of creative spaces.

SENIOR HAIRSTYLIST / CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The former apprentice turned senior hairstylist, Sila took an opportunity and used her creative drive to becoming a crucial member of the @by.lvsh team.

Victoria has proven to be of many talents. With her Industry experience in the beauty world and close attention to detail, Victoria joined our team to expand her talents and bring her skill to the team.
